I've been soloing LotRO since about level 18, and perhaps the single most useful website I have uncovered is...

It's a kind of Google Middle-Earth, and whilst not entirely accurate it does allow you to search for just about anything in the game before pinpointing a location for you. So, if you're after specific commodities, or can't find that annoying quest mob, this is the site for you.
